Why I Developed this Course ...

If you’re a worrier, then I already know that you and I are kindred spirits. I used to label myself as a chronic worrier. 

Worry stole joy from my life. It sapped my energy. And, it made my life a lot harder than it had to be. I’d picked up the habit from my mother (most of us learn it from someone we love), and while I loved my mom as much as any daughter could love her mom (my mom was the best!),  I wasn’t doing anyone any favors by bringing her worry habit into my life. 

It got to the point where one day I’d had it. I knew there had to be a better way: There was!

I started studying techniques to release the negativity and fearful thoughts that were plaguing me. I learned how to swap unhelpful thoughts and habits with positive ones. And, I discovered that life was a whole lot happier when I wasn’t worrying all the time.

To be clear: I’m not offering medical help here, and I’m not a licensed healthcare professional (if you feel you need that level of care, please reach out to get it).  I’m just a woman who struggled with worry for years and have learned how to tame it for me and I share the strategies that helped me with you in this online course.
